Before Your Appointment

We are excited to have you come to Lilac and Lemon! Please come with no mascara or eye make up. If you are a fan of waterproof mascara please stop usage two days prior to your appointment. We do try to accommodate everyone coming from work and having busy lifestyles, please note, If you arrive with eye make up we may ask that you remove it before the start of your appointment. We have refreshments available so please help yourself! We have cold filtered water and also an arrangement of hot teas available.

We have plenty of street metered parking available as well as one dedicated spot on 16th Court (first spot beside the cleaners) that is first come, first served. Please check the time on your meter and give yourself extra in case your appointment runs over, you get caught in conversation, you purchase product, and/ or re-book your appointment. It is always better to put a bit extra in than to come out to a ticket. When booking for a full set give yourself 2.5 hours. For a short fill 1.25 hours, and a normal fill 1.5hrs.

Please use the restroom before your appointment. You will be comfortably reclined for your entire service with your eyes closed. We care for your eye area by placing eye pads and tape around the eye are and this is best to remain in place during your entire service. If it is an emergency we can accommodate you but it's always best to use the facilities before we begin your service. 

You are invited to turn your phone on airplane mode and seek refuge away from our always available wireless world. We have complimentary charging cables so that you may recharge while you are relaxing and leave with a full battery to take on the world. If airplane mode is not an option, we do understand. Once the service begins you will not be able to check your phone, however if you have little ones, or are waiting for a million dollar call, you are always invited to keep your phone near you on the bed and we can tell you who's calling and texting you during your service. 

Some take this time to float away into la-la land and catch a quick nap. They call it their 'mid day beauty rest.' Others use this as a chance to catch up on their audio book or music playlist. If chatting away is more your style we are happy to talk to you and find out what your life dreams and goals are! As well as learn about your family, friends, and funny stories you want to share! There will be a sheet or blanket on the bed for you to cover yourself should you get chilly throughout your service. If there is anything at all that we can do to make you more comfortable throughout your stay, please don't hesitate to tell us!

As a first time guest you will have some paperwork to fill out prior to your appointment. Please arrive a few minutes early to your appointment for this. We keep records of every client and every appointment so you are always welcome to say that you loved your lashes from January and we can look back to see exactly what we used on you then. We also keep record of the exact adhesive used so if there is any problems we can pin point the cause and review. 

We want to give you the best lashes possible the day of your service and you can help us by avoiding caffeine that day. Caffeine causes your eyes to jump around and be dancing during your service. Hold the coffee until after your service for the best results and also so that it is more relaxing for you. Enjoy your time to relax and unwind. In the hustle and bustle of our lives we usually don't get enough time to be still, enjoy it.

We strive to take before and after pictures for every appointment, every time. We like to be able to have your lashes on record, as well as, share our work with people visiting our site. We do our best to crop everything out of the photo to give focus to the eyes and eyelashes. If you would prefer to not have your pictures ever used on social media please let us know at the beginning of your service.

After Your Appointment

You will not want your lashes to have direct contact with water for the first 6 hours after your appointment. 

You will want to be careful around water, steam, and showers for the first 24 hours.

If you have any redness, swelling, itching, or pain with your eyelash please contact us immediately so that we can determine if you are having an allergic reaction or eye irritation. This number is available 24/7 to use in case of emergency. (717) 683-6038 

If you have oily skin be careful to blot or wipe your skin around the eye area throughout the day so that your extensions can last longer and not be broken down quickly by the oils.

Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to give you beautiful lashes! Our appointment times run between 45 mins - 2.5 hours. We understand that things come up and we will happily reschedule/ change/ or remove your appointment prior to 24 hours before your scheduled time. We are full almost every day and have a waiting lists for each day. For the respect of those trying to get in for that day for services and also to respect our employees we are very strict on our cancellation policy. If you feel as though you will not be able to make your appointment please give us as much heads up as possible and please read our cancellation policy so that you will not be charged for cancelling your appointment! :)

If you chose to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment you may be ask risk of $25 cancellation fee. 

 If you choose to not come in for your appointment on the day of your service you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
